TWO WAYS TO PAY FOR YOUR REGISTRATION FEE: Zelle and Checks (land mail)
Proof of payment of the registration fee (Zelle receipt or check image) must be uploaded PRIOR to clicking SUBMIT.
ZELLE: account is registration@chopinnw.org.
We will only accept Zelle payment of the registration fee, associated with your age division, with the recipient zelle address of registration@chopinnw.org.

Please have the following information available before starting
the online application process:
- Complete repertoire information with opus number and performance duration
- Permission from your piano teacher (for students under 18)
- Contact information for the participant and his/her teacher: names,
addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses
Your application will not be complete until you:
- Click the "Submit Application" button after filling out
the next page
